		<description>This is another recipe that I&#039;ve adapted from an old Good Housekeeping Cookbook of my mom&#039;s; it has a copyright date of 1963, so there is nothing in there for a microwave. The actual recipe calls for thin cut beef tenderlion, but ground beef is much easier on the budget. Plus by forming the beef mixture into a thin loaf and then baking it you reduce calories (no browning meat in fat) as well as saving yourself some cooking time.
